Hello! I'm the owner/ operator of Creative Beginnings. Living in a small town, I babysat children around our neighborhood, starting my experience at the age of 12. From there I expanded my knowledge by accepting a job with the University of Montana in their off-site childcare facility for families attending college. In 2011, I took a job with a non-profit in Butte; requiring long hours away from my family. I wanted something different but didn't know what I could do that would allow me the flexibility to see my own children grow up. In June of 2014 I started Creative Beginnings with the goal of providing quality child care to our community. I wanted families to feel like it was a home setting, while getting their little ones socialized in a safe and loving environment. I have been married to my best friend, Vince, since 2008 and with that marriage we have a wonderful family of four children; Jayden (19), Kadence (18), BrookeLynn (15), Quinton (9).
I have my Bachelors in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology. I have also gained my CDA certification. I'm in the process of deciding if I should go back to school and get my Masters.

Hello my name is Meriah. I graduated in 2018. Childcare wasn't what I had planned on doing after high school but after working with children for 1 year, I liked it. I thought about switching it up and try working with adults in nursing homes. I enjoyed working with adults but it was hard when they passed away. In 2023, I had my son, Kolton, and decided to return to childcare. I have been the preschool teacher and now returned to the infant room, which is where my passion is. In my spare time, I hang
out with my family or maybe go bowling and go fishing.

Hello my name is Dave Bailey. I'm 55 years old. I'm from Portland Oregon. I am the cook/ dietary specialist for Creative Beginnings Daycare and Preschool. I was a sous Chef/ Kitchen manager previously. Ive been married to my wife, Tabitha, for 36 years. We have two kids together and 1 grandchild. He is the light of our lives, turning 2 in a couple months. My hobbies are hanging out with my family, watching football (GO BROWNS!) and taking my grandkid fishing.

Hello my name is Evie. I graduated from high school in 2023 from East Helena High school. I started to work at Dairy Queen in 2022 during high school, but I always had an interest in working in childcare since I graduated. I started helping out in our church by teaching Sunday school so I had a little experience with children. I wanted to gain more knowledge so I took a job with Creative Beginnings summer program in 2023. I like to practice volleyball, sing karaoke, and ride horses in my spare time.

Hello, my name is Tabitha Stacks. I have lived in Montana for over 33 years. I have been with my husband for 36 years now. We met in high school and have been together since. We have two kids, our son is 32 years old and our daughter is 24 years old. We have one grandchild and he is almost 2 years old. I have been in the childcare field for over 33 years now. I believe that each child needs to have a safe learning environment to learn and grow in.

My name is Kadence Bray. I am 17 years old, turning 18 in December 2024. I have lived in East Helena for about 12 years now. Originally I was born on a military base in Germany, while my dad was deployed. I am a senior and an online student at East Helena High until January 2025. I have four siblings whom I love and adore. I currently live with my boyfriend and we're hoping to get an apartment here shortly. My mom has had Creative Beginnings since we moved to East Helena. She pretty much started the business as a way to stay home and take care of us kiddos, while also being able to have a job. I can say getting up for school in the mornings was quite easy considering all the noise from the kids in the downstairs part of our house. That being said, childcare has become second nature to me. I love being able to interact with each kid. Lastly my favorite hobbies are netflix and chill. I enjoy working and achieving my goals, and I love car rides with my boyfriend while listening to music.

Hello! My name is BrookeLynn Bray, daughter of Rachel. Ever since I was little, all I can remember is my mom owning the daycare, and being able to be around for all our activities. I have two older sisters and a younger brother in our family. I’m currently a freshman at East Helena high. I love to play sports, draw & paint, ride horses, be out on the boat, or up on the mountains in the snow. I have been helping out with Creative Beginnings summer program for 3 years now. I love being able to watch the kiddos that used to be babies grow into school age kids. I hope to go off to college and become a surgeon.
